Abiasbasket aims to create an exceptional experience for our online ordering so you can have more gratification along with the exquisite quality of service. And this is why we consider your rights of checking and replacing the product if required.

What is it?

We provide you 24 hours to check your product, for any unlikely internal or packaging issues. Though you won’t ever need it, but if the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, you should notify us immediately via email at or via call at +92 331 2228395 or+92 311 2208395.

In case you find one, give us a call or email us. We’ll verify your claim and replace the product for you right away.

Abiasbasket replacement policy is valid for 3 situations/circumstances:

  • In case the product delivered to you is a wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defects or issues
  • In case, your product is physically damaged upon delivery.

However, to complete replacement of your product, the product should be.

  1. The product must be unused, not eatable and without any flaws. The product must be unused, undamaged, not eatable and in the condition in which it was received.
  2. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  3. The parcel contains its original product packaging, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
  4. None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.

Refund Policy & Process:

If you didn’t find your order as per your expectations or your product is damaged, defective or incorrect, we provide you 24 hours’ time for the refund request. If your product is eligible for a refund, then place a refund request at

Working days for refund claim depends on the payment method by which the product was delivered.

Cash on Delivery payment will be refunded through JazzCash or EasyPaisa. (Customer will be notified once transferred)
